1. Your Legal Rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to statutory consumer guarantee rights. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, safe, and match their description. If there is a major problem with a product, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. These statutory rights are in addition to anything in this policy.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
Major Failure: You are eligible for a refund or replacement if the product has a major failure. This includes situations where the product is unsafe, is significantly different from its description, is unfit for its normal purpose, and cannot be remedied within a reasonable time.
Minor Problems: For minor problems, we will offer to repair the product free of charge.
Change of Mind / Incorrect Choice: As many of our car mats are considered made-to-order, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, selecting the wrong size, colour, or vehicle model. Please double-check your order, including vehicle compatibility and product selection, before completing your purchase.
Custom Products Special Note: Due to their specific nature, custom-made products (e.g., mats tailored to your specific vehicle model) cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production process (typically within 48 hours of order confirmation) and are not eligible for 'change of mind' returns. It is your responsibility to confirm your vehicle details and product selection before ordering.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, you may cancel an order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order.
3. Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Within 14 days of receiving the product, contact us via email or through our website's contact channel. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photo or video evidence.
Assessment & Authorization: We will assess your request and inform you of the next steps. Please do not ship items back to us without prior authorization.
Return Shipment: For approved returns, please ship the product in its original, undamaged condition (including original packaging) to our specified address. Please ensure the product is well-packaged to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for the product until it arrives at our warehouse.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it is eligible, we will initiate your refund within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
If the product is faulty or defective, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. For returns due to 'change of mind', you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
5. Warranty
We offer a minimum 12-month warranty on all products, with some items possibly having a longer warranty period. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Approved warranty claims will result in repair or replacement at no charge.
